Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: https://www.flickr.com/
2. Press Cmd J

Expected Behavior:

Built-in browser shortcut should open Downloads page

Actual Behavior:

Page is scrolled down because J key from Cmd J shortcut is detected.
Solution: check for event.shiftKey (altKey, metaKey, etc.) combinations and fire scrolling only if single key is pressed.
