Problem type: Design is broken
Description: Unable to scroll just the stocks list
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://pro.upstox.com/
2. Starting from the stocks list, scroll the page.

Expected Behavior:
Only the stocks list is scrolled.

Actual Behavior:
The whole page is scrolled.

Notes:

1. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome.
