Description: “Edit text” menu is triggered when double clicking an image

Prerequisites:
1. Account created and signed in.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://www.deviantart.com/
2. Hover the “Submit” button.
3. Select “Journal”.
4. Click “+” button to add image/video.
5. Select any of the options (e.g gif) and pick an image from the list.
6. Double click the image and observe behavior.

Expected Behavior:
“Edit text” menu is not triggered.

Actual Behavior:
“Edit text” menu is triggered, even if no text is available.

Note
1. Not reproducible on Chrome 77.0.3865.90
