Browser / Version: Firefox Mobile 68.0
Operating System: Android
Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Site is not usable
Description: Browser unsupported
Steps to Reproduce:
When you go to the BMO Bank of Montreal website bmo.com and click login, you get a notification it's time to upgrade your browser as it's out of date and therefore not secure. This happens on HSPA/LTE data and on wifi, multiple networks, this started earlier this year when they updated their mobile site. If you press ok (which was recently added) you can use the site just fine as far as I can tell. The splash page when the page initially loads is not scaled right on my phone ( Samsung Note 9 set to full resolution)in Firefox. The page looks and functions fine, with no warning message in Chrome on my phone.
