Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://www.google.com/search?q=Travel&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiAmbv6uJnmAhWnlosKHVvMBXoQ_AUIBigB&biw=360&bih=631#imgrc=kCYg2ssTS6AxTM%3A
2. Observe available options.

Expected Behavior:
Google lens button is available.

Actual Behavior:
Google lens button is not available.

Note
1. Not reproducible on Chrome 78.0.3904.90.
2. Not reproducible on Firefox Nightly with Chrome UA.
