Description: “Upload” icon is blurred

Prerequisites:
1. Facebook account created and signed in.
2. Facebook Beta active.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate https://www.facebook.com/
2. Click “Give Feedback”.
3. From the popup select an option (e.g “Something went wrong”),
4. Observe “Upload” button.

Expected Behavior:
“Upload” icon is correctly displayed and visible.

Actual Behavior:
“Upload” icon is displayed blurred.

Note
1. Not reproducible on Chrome 79.0.3945.79.
