Description: "Chat" support option does not work in Firefox
Steps to Reproduce:
(I really wish there was a way to reproduce this without needing a "Service Tag" but here's the one I used: CCS00Z2. Otherwise, you won't see an option for Chat. Submitting anonymously because of that).

Chat does not work in the latest version of Firefox stable (71) or beta (72b9). Tried with and without add-ons enabled (Safe Mode.) Tested on multiple networks. Tested in Google Chrome and does work there. I previously tried around a month ago, so not sure how long it has been going on. You'd think an organization as large as Dell would work with open web standards.
