Description: white stripe at the bottom of the page
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load http://smbc-comics.com/openborders/ on Fenix or Fennec.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Expected results: there should be a dark bar at the very bottom (this is the behavior in Chrome on Android at least)

Actual results: there is an additional white stripe below the dark bar.
