Browser / Version: Chrome 81.0.4044
Operating System: Windows 10
Tested Another Browser: Yes Other
Problem type: Something else
Description: Scrolling with arrow keys doesn't work in Microsoft Edge
Steps to Reproduce:
Browser: New Microsoft Edge v81
Webpage: The website's comic reader (known as SE Reader [link: http://sensescans.com/reader/read/*])
Relevant Info: The reader lists "Use W-A-S-D or the arrow keys to navigate" as methods to read the comics pages.
Issue 1: The comic/manga's pages don't scroll when using the arrow keys or W-A-S-D keys
What happens: The page doesn't scroll when pressing the arrow key once or multiple times. Scrolls very fast when the arrow key is pressed and held and goes directly the bottom of the page
Other browsers: Tested in IE11 and Mozilla Firefox. The functionality works as mentioned in the website.
Issue 2: when reading by scrolling with the mouse wheel/touchpad, after reaching the bottom of the page if the right arrow key is pressed to go to the next page
What happens: the page for the next page does load as intended but it is loaded with the page already scrolled to the bottom of the page (i.e. the scroll bar's position doesn't change)
Other browsers: Tested in IE11 and Mozilla Firefox 75. When the right arrow key is pressed at the bottom of the page, the next page is loaded and is scrolled to the top of the page (i.e. the scroll bar changes position to the top of the page)
