Description: Ordered List number issue
Steps to Reproduce:
When using counter-reset on ordered list <ol>, the counter number behave as expected, but the original numbering are messed up (counting list item <li> in the nested ordered list <ol>).
Expected result:

The list item number should match the counter number

Actual result:

The list item number count the list item in an nested ordered list as well
