Description: Page not loading correctly
Steps to Reproduce:
This affects the web-based SSH popup. To reproduce, create a GCE VM and click the SSH button.

Timing appears to play a factor, throwing a breakpoint on the this.screen_.style.backgroundColor = color; line and waiting a few seconds before continuing fixes the issue.
