Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: https://rumble.com/register.php?src=https%3A//rumble.com/
2. Scroll down to “Birthday”
3. Tap the “Month” field and select an option (e.g.12).
4. Observe month display.

Expected Behavior:
The month number is fully displayed.

Actual Behavior:
The month number is displayed truncated.

Note:

1. Reproducible on Firefox 52.0 Release
2. Not reproducible on and Chrome (Mobile) 57.0.2987.132.
