Prerequisites:
Account created and signed in.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: https://www.cnet.com/forums/ .
2. Tap “Create New Discussion” button.
3. Observe “Select forum” and “Select discussion type” fields.

Expected Behavior:
The fields have a fair allocated space between them.

Actual Behavior:
There is no padding between the fields.

Note:

1. Reproducible also on Firefox 52.0 Release
2. Not reproducible on Chrome (Mobile) 57.0.2987.132.
