Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: https://www.privatebank.citibank.com/home/fresh-insight.html
2. Scroll down to “Filter Posts” section.
3. Tap one of the categories (e.g. “Filter by category”).
4. Observe behavior.

Expected Behavior:
The list of filtering options is displayed.

Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens.

Note:

1. Reproducible also on Firefox 52.0 Release
2. Not reproducible on Chrome (Mobile) 57.0.2987.132.
