Description: When in fullscreen opening new tab does not automatically allow for search
Steps to Reproduce:
When watching a video in YouTube, opening a new tab with the new tab shortcut (⌘ + T for me), I have to click in the search bar to begin typing, rather than it automatically entering me into insert mode.
