Description: Items are overlapped
Steps to Reproduce:
The marquee tag (just below the menu, with the text saying "forum") makes the text appear in places it shouldn't, normally it should not start being visible from the edge of the entire screen/browser, but it should only start appearing on the inner white area where the content of the website is, you can see there is a small bar there for it and the leftmost edge is where it used to start appearing then start moving towards the left. This didn't used to happen on earlier versions of Firefox Developer Edition. I tried on Chrome and Edge and it works fine. Another thing that happens is that the marquee text doesn't appear sometimes at all, and you have to refresh the page a couple of times...
