Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to: https://www.vtechphones.com/support/contact-us
Contact form should work
Contact form is grayed out with an alert saying to use something called "Cookie Control." Mousing over "Cookie Control" shows it is a link, but clicking on it shows it is broken. Mousing over the wrong spots yields flashing.

I was trying to find accessibility help. I also tried the accessibility email here, which bounces incoming emails, and tried the accessibility pain number, which led to a dead-end pain-menu without any relevant options. https://www.vtechphones.com/legal/accessibility
I can't file a bug report through the standard webcompat interface, because migraine triggers, and can't check existing bug reports there, because migraine triggers.
