Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: http://libertyland.co/films/streaming/95325-the-lure.html
2. Tap to play the video.

Expected Behavior:
Video plays.

Actual Behavior:
Video does not play.

Note:

1. Reproducible on Firefox 53.0.2 Release (Mobile), Firefox 53.0.3 Release (Desktop), Chrome 58.0.3029.110 (Desktop).
   Error: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.
2. Not reproducible on Chrome (Mobile) 58.0.3029.83.
