Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: https://www.google.ro/?gws_rd=cr,ssl&ei=t7U2WZWgD8OtsAH42KbwCw&zx=1496757687.
2. Tap the user account icon and observe behavior.

Expected Behavior:
Accounts page is displayed, with a list of available account and manage option.

Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens.
