Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: www.drive.google.com
2. Tap the Hamburger button. Observe the "Get the Google Drive app" overlay.

Expected Behavior:
The "Get the Google Drive app" overlay is displayed.

Actual Behavior:
The "Get the Google Drive app" overlay is not displayed.

Notes:

1. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome (Mobile) 58.0.3029.83.
