Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: www.google.com
2. Search for (eg.) "Life movie". Observe the "Videos from the web" card title.

Expected Behavior:
The "Videos from the web" card title is bold styled.

Actual Behavior:
The "Videos from the web" card title is not bold styled.

Notes:

1. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome (Mobile) 58.0.3029.83.
