Actual Behavior:
Video flickers.

Note:

1. Reproducible also if signed in.
2. Reproducible also for all videos (except Jasmine official video).
3. Reproducible on Firefox 54.0 Release (Mobile)
4. Not reproducible on Chrome (Mobile) 59.0.3071.125.
