Description: broken av1 video playback, happens on all av1 videos I tested
Steps to Reproduce:
The video playback is broken, I tested a few av1 videos and some have just small playback issues (https://twitter.com/LunaDook/status/1424621820263686146) and some are basically unwatchable (https://twitter.com/LunaDook/status/1424622259965239296), but all other video formats seem fine. This has been tested on multiple computers, running Firefox 90.0.2, even some halfway across the world. This is definately not a hardware issue as it happens on multiple different systems, on different OSes (Windows 10 and Arch Linux tested), and... yeah. Not sure what I can do other then try a nightly or beta build.
