Problem type: Design is broken
Description: Mozilla logo blocked with DNT enabled
Steps to Reproduce:

Test Condition

• Open Firefox Private Window
• Make sure Tracking Protection is enabled
• Open

Expected Result

• Mozilla logo in top left loads

Actual Result

• Logo is not loaded, alternate text Mozilla Discourse is displayed
• Console says
  The resource at “https://discourse-paas-production-content.s3.amazonaws.com/original/2X/a/a8c5bb703f44979bd8d93af91e6a3b62ba9f2a45.png” was blocked because tracking protection is enabled.
