Description: Missing check-marks when selecting filter options

Prerequisites:

1. VPN enabled pointing to US.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: https://www.google.com/search?q=popcorn+calories&biw=1024&bih=720&tbs=vw:l,ss:44&tbm=shop&prmd=sinv&start=0&sa=N&srds=rp:1,rpsg:T5.
2. Tap the “Filter” button.
3. Tap “Seller” category.
4. Select an option.
5. Observe selected option checkbox.

Expected Behavior:
Check-box becomes highlighted and check-mark is displayed.

Actual Behavior:
Check-box becomes highlighted, but no check-mark is displayed.

Note:

1. Reproducible on phone and tablet layout.
2. Not reproducible on Chrome (Mobile) 59.0.3071.125, Firefox 54.0.1 Release and Firefox Nightly 57.0a1 (2017-08-08) without Chrome UA.
