Problem type: Site is not usable
Description: Buttons or links not working

Prerequisites:
Signed in with Microsoft account.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://sway.office.com/howtosway
2. Scroll down to "Adding videos and animated images" section.
3. Click to play the video.
4. Click "Share" button and observe the behavior.

Expected Behavior:
A popup with apps to share the video is displayed.

Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens, the video can be shared.

Notes:

1. Screenshot attached.
2. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome.
3. The issue is reproducible on Firefox Nightly regardless of the ETP status.
