Description: Unable to select only part of the text
Steps to Reproduce:
Google shows a translate box, but when clicking on the text to select part of it to edit, all the text is selected instead of part of text or instead of moving cursor position. Additional clicks do not help, only way to move the cursor is by using arrow keys. Chrome behavior is: first click, select all, second click, move the cursor.
