Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to: http://vi.raptor.ebaydesc.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItemDescV4&item=401134373137&category=106984&pm=1&ds=0&t=1503389201703&cspheader=1
2. Scroll down to the Specifications section. Observe the animation.

Expected Behavior:
The Gif is correctly displayed.

Actual Behavior:
The Gif image is not correctly displayed.

Notes:

1. The issue is not reproducible on Firefox 55.0 Release (Mobile) and on Brave browser.
2. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome (Mobile) 59.0.3071.125 and on Opera browser.
