Description: Horizontal scroll bar is truncated for the last category

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://m.nownews.com.
2. Swipe the horizontal scroll ball until the last category.
3. Observe "健康" ("Health") category display.

Expected Behavior:
Text is fully visible.

Actual Behavior:
Text is cropped.

Note:

1. Reproducible on Firefox 55.0.2 Release.
2. Not reproducible on Chrome (Mobile) 60.0.3112.107.
