Description: Redirect to app store is not performed

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to: https://www.dcard.tw/.
2. Tap the “App download” bar.
3. Observe behavior.

Expected Behavior:
Redirect to app store is performed.

Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens. Redirect to app store is not performed.

Note:

1. Also reproducible when tapping the "Get it on Google Play/App Store" buttons.
2. Not reproducible on Firefox 55.0.2 Release (Mobile) and on Chrome (Mobile) 60.0.3112.107.
